GORUCK Rucker 4 Hands On Review
What’s new?
The good news is they’ve kept all the features you loved from the Rucker 3.0
That means the improved framesheet, the handles, the reflective stripe, the lumbar support – and perhaps best of all – that non-abrasive back panel and shoulder straps.
But – they took the toughness further by minimizing the use of zippers in the 4.0.
That’s right – the interior zippers are gone – and replaced by hook and loop (aka Velcro).
They’ve also added some padding at the top – to keep your head better protected when you go low with the ruck.
It’s not uncommon to have a plate slide forward while doing bear crawls or similar things – and having the padding will be nice.
Rucker 4.0 Review – In Summary
That’s our review of the GORUCK Rucker 4.0.
The Rucker 4 will be even tougher than before. And it looks pretty good too.
Verdict? It’s a solid evolution of the Rucker 3. Get it for your fitness rucking needs. If you are looking for EDC / Travel – the GR1 and GR2 are still the bags to beat though.
