GR1 Skate Ruck – USA – Overview
The GR1 Skate Ruck has two adjustable skateboard straps on the front panel that buckle shut and has added padded shoulder straps and a top handle to carry heavier loads more comfortably. It measures 12″W x 20″H x 6.75″D, weighing 3.2 LBS, and opens flat, making it easier to pack and organize. This ruck, just like any other rucks from GORUCK, has a Bombproof Laptop Compartment that is extra reinforced and a false bottom so that when you set your ruck down, your laptop won’t even notice.
It has a removable, rigid plastic frame sheet that stabilizes the laptop compartment and uses YKK zippers with silent, glove-friendly zipper pulls made from parachute 550 cord. Pockets are essential, and the GR1 Skate Ruck has three internal pockets—one large elastic pocket, one large mesh zippered pocket, and one small go-to pocket and external pockets—one slant pocket for immediate access to keys, snacks, and other small items.
The ruck is rainproof, TSA Compliant, and fits under the seat in front of you. It also has three rows of external and internal MOLLE webbing that allow you to customize your GR1. It has an exclusive leather patch and a subtle embroidered Mike Vallely ‘V’ on exterior MOLLE webbing.
